PPE Safety Monitoring

An IP camera at the gate watches who walks in. The system checks each person for a helmet, a jacket and safety boots, and flags anyone who is missing one, in about a second.

How it works

  1. CameraAny standard IP camera (RTSP) at the gate or work zone. No special hardware.
  2. DetectionA deep-learning model finds people and the protective equipment they wear, about once a second.
  3. DecisionRules check the head, torso and feet of each person. Feet are only judged when they are visible.
  4. Alert & recordViolations show on a live dashboard, and snapshots are kept for review and for improving the model.
